COVER-UPS/CORRECTIONS:

Every freckle tattoo is thoughtfully customized to the individual. Freckles are designed based on your unique facial features, desired coverage, and overall aesthetic goals to create a result that feels natural and authentically you.

This is a collaborative process, and you're welcome to bring inspiration photos to help communicate your vision. You may also choose to trust my creative eye and expertise to design a freckle pattern tailored specifically to you.

When you arrive, we'll begin by discussing your goals, preferred placement, and desired density. Your skin will be prepped, and a custom freckle map will be created for your review and approval before the procedure begins.

All freckles are hand-poked individually, allowing for intentional placement, natural variation, and a soft, organic result.

The tattooing portion of the appointment typically takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the coverage selected.

Before completing your appointment, we'll review the finished placement together and make any final adjustments as needed.

At the end of your session, you'll receive detailed aftercare instructions and guidance on the healing process to help ensure the best possible healed results.

Freckle tattoos are a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo service designed to mimic the appearance of natural freckles.

Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare routines, and individual healing. While every effort is made to create long-lasting results, no specific longevity can be guaranteed.

To ensure the best healed results:

Arrive day of appointment with clean skin free of makeup, self-tanner, and skincare products.

Avoid excessive sun exposure for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, or strong exfoliating treatments in the treatment area for 4 weeks before your appointment.

Stay hydrated and arrive well-rested.

No blood thinners such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Caffeine, Coffee, Tea, Smoking, Alcohol, Soda, Niacin, Vitamin E, Advil, Fish Oil, etc. 24-48 hours before your appointment.

Proper aftercare is essential for achieving the best healed results.

Immediately following your appointment, freckles will appear darker, warmer, and more defined than the final healed result. As the skin heals, the freckles will soften significantly and typically lighten by approximately 40–60%.

During the healing process, freckles may appear darker, flaky, patchy, or temporarily disappear before the pigment settles. This is a normal part of healing.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first 24 hours.

• Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and prolonged water exposure for 7–10 days.

• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the healing skin.

• Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, chemical peels, and other active skincare products on the treated area until fully healed.

• Minimize sun exposure during the healing process and avoid tanning.

• Apply only products recommended by your artist during healing.

• Allow any flaking or shedding to occur naturally.

HEALING TIMELINE

Days 1–3:
Freckles will appear darker and more prominent than the final result.

Days 4–10:
Light flaking or dryness may occur. Freckles may appear uneven or patchy as the skin renews itself.

Days 10–30:
The freckles will continue to soften and settle into the skin.

Weeks 4–8:
Healed results become more visible as the pigment fully settles.

Because every person's skin, lifestyle, immune response, and aftercare routine are different, healed results will vary. Additional sessions may be recommended to build or maintain your desired freckle density and longevity.
